{Bernardo} Stem Cell Therapy for Optic Nerve Atrophy

Bernardo, an eight-year-old boy from Brazil, received his first stem cell therapy in April 2024 at one of our Thai partner facilities. Throughout his stay, his family graciously accepted our invitation to share their incredible journey. They discussed the difficulties they faced after discovering Bernardo's condition, their fundraising efforts, and the mix of hopes and fears they felt about the treatment.

They also talked about the stem cell therapy process and the early improvements they saw in Bernardo's condition. Their story demonstrates resilience and hope, inspiring other families in similar situations.
